MBABANE – The Swazi Plaza, specifically the rooftop parking area, will come alive as it hosts the Corporate Aerobics Challenge.
This event, set to attract about 100 participants from the corporate sector, will take place on Thursday, February 27, 2025, starting at 2pm. It is organized by Eswatini Business Health and Wellness in collaboration with Swazi Plaza Properties.
Eswatini Business Health & Wellness (EBH) formerly known as SWABCHA is the Private Sector Response to Health & Wellness a non-governmental organisation established by the Eswatini Business formerly known as the Federation of Swaziland Employers & Chamber of Commerce (FSE &CC).
The aerobics challenge aims at encouraging workers to exercise as there’s strong scientific evidence that being physically active can help you lead a healthier and happier life. Exercise can reduce your risk of major illnesses.
