EZULWINI– Twenty years of Swazi Boy Entertainment are being celebrated not only through music and entertainment, but also through hospitality, with Happy Valley Hotel promising guests a four-star experience throughout the three-day anniversary celebration.

The hotel officially opened the celebrations with Thursday night’s Gala Dinner, bringing together Swazi Boy Entertainment, partners, invited guests and members of the media to mark two decades of the entertainment brand’s journey. The partnership sees Happy Valley providing accommodation, food and beverages as the hospitality partner for the celebrations.

Speaking during the Gala Dinner, Sales and Marketing Manager Nontsikelelo Dlamini, representing her manager, said the hotel’s role extends beyond simply providing a venue for the anniversary.

“Our role in this partnership goes beyond simply providing a venue. We are proud to be the hospitality partner, providing four-star accommodation, food and beverages throughout this celebration,” said Dlamini.

Dlamini described the 20th anniversary as an important milestone, highlighting Swazi Boy Entertainment’s contribution to Eswatini’s entertainment industry over the past two decades.

She said the organisation has created platforms for artists, brought people together and contributed to the creation of memorable entertainment experiences.

“Twenty years is no small achievement. It represents two decades of music, entertainment, creativity, memories and, most importantly, a deep connection with the people of Eswatini,” she said.

According to Dlamini, the three-day celebration gives Happy Valley an opportunity to play a role in creating an experience that matches the significance of the milestone.

The Gala Dinner marked the beginning of the celebrations, with two additional days dedicated to music, entertainment and festivities.

Dlamini said the partnership also reflects Happy Valley’s ambition to position itself as more than a conventional hotel, describing the establishment as a destination for entertainment, business, leisure and major events.

“We believe that Happy Valley is more than just a hotel. We are a destination,” she said.

She further highlighted the hotel’s vision of being a leading world-class facility that delivers exceptional customer experiences through hospitable personnel.

Dlamini also pointed to the partnership as part of Happy Valley’s efforts to become a trendsetter in the hospitality and events space.

“Uke wakubonaphi nje lihotela hosting a two-day music festival?” she asked, highlighting the hotel’s willingness to host major entertainment events.

The three-day Swazi Boy anniversary celebration places both entertainment and hospitality at the centre of the weekend, with guests expected to experience the hotel’s accommodation, food, beverages and event facilities.

Dlamini expressed appreciation to the Swazi Boy Entertainment team for choosing Happy Valley as its partner for the milestone celebration.

She said the hotel valued the trust placed in its team, facilities and ability to deliver an experience befitting 20 years of entertainment.

She also thanked Happy Valley’s Board of Directors and Executive Management for supporting the partnership.

Dlamini ended by extending appreciation to Emaswati for continuing to support local entertainment.

“And to Emaswati, we say thank you. Thank you for continuing to support your own. You are part of this story,” she said.
