LOZITHA – With a regal gesture and a visionary heart, His Majesty King Mswati III has officially unveiled the 3D model of Eswatini’s future energy lifeline – the Strategic Oil Reserve Facility.
Set to rise in Phuzamoya, this monumental project by the Eswatini National Petroleum Company (ENPC), in collaboration with expert partners from Taiwan, promises to boost energy security and support economic growth. The facility is expected to be a marvel of technological sophistication, built to world-class standards that reflect Eswatini’s forward-thinking vision.
“This project ensures we are prepared, self-reliant, and forward-thinking,” said an ENPC representative. “It’s more than an oil reserve – it’s a foundation for stability.”
The elegant 3D model, now revealed to the nation, captures not only the infrastructure but the spirit of national progress. Once completed, the reserve will strengthen fuel supply resilience, support industrial development, and open new doors for skills transfer and innovation.
Indeed, the Kingdom is not just storing fuel – it’s storing hope for generations to come.
