PIGG’S PEAK – Entertainment in Eswatini is set to go far when artists come together to support each other with their events.
The M-Nation Foundation is appealing to artists and music lovers to cram the Killarney Stadium in Pigg’s Peak, to support the debut Hhohho Magazine Spring Festival scheduled for this Saturday ( August 31, 2024).
When reached for comment, the founder of the foundation, M. Nation, shared with this publication that they are in full support of the upcoming event. He said, “The festival will not only provide fun to the region but is the right platform for our growing arts scene in the Hhohho region. This is a platform for our aspiring artists to share the stage with established artists. Sparking new relationships in the development of the arts industry in Eswatini.”
It is worth mentioning that the M Nation is also hosting the Limuva Arts Festival at the same venue on September 28, 2024.
The Magazine Spring Festival is boasting great international artists, including the popular maskandi giant Gatsheni and Babes Wodumo. This is a surreal for the arts lovers in the region, who in the past had to drive long distances to have fun. This festival brings the best to their doorstep.
M Nation, born Wandile Ndlovu, shared with this publication that he will be part of the line-up of the Spring Festival as well. “As Limuva Arts Festival, we are grateful to have a complimentary festival to drive numbers to our small town, Pigg’s Peak. Collaboration between Big G Entertainment and Limuva Arts Festival is inevitable for the growth of the festival scene in the region.”
He concluded by saying, “In support of this initiative, I shall be performing at this event; please do attend in your numbers.”
