MALKERNS — With less than two weeks to go until one of the most highly anticipated editions of the Makoti Festival, tickets are now available at Shoprite stores nationwide, while discounted ones are available via the Instacash platform.
The fourth edition of the festival will take place on April 26, 2025, at the Malkerns Country Club, with gates opening at 11 am.
Tickets are available through multiple platforms, including:
– Shoprite Computicket
– Howler
– Mojaticket
– MTN MoMo
– INSTACASH
Ticket prices are set at E300 for GENERAL admission and E500 for VIP access, as confirmed by the Festival’s Director, Thembinkosi Mthethwa.
Additionally, discounted tickets are available for E250 through INSTACASH, allowing attendees to save E50 when purchasing via this platform.

To buy discounted tickets through INSTACASH, follow these steps:

- Select 5 for ‘Make Payment’

- Enter the Till Number: 404041
- Account Name: Type your cell number
- Enter Amount: Enter Discounted Price
- Press 1 to confirm
- Enter your Instacash 4-Digit Pin

The Makoti Festival has finalized its line-up of artists and DJs for this year’s event. Notably, traditional dancing groups from Lesotho and Mozambique will also participate in the festival.

The first edition of the Makoti Festival was held in April 2022, and the brand has since grown significantly, with media launches in three different countries last month. Media activations occurred in South Africa (Mbombela), Lesotho, and Mozambique (Maputo).
