SITEKI- Ntando Kunene, known in the music scene as Deejay Ntex from Siteki, is making significant strides in the Eswatini music scene. Recently, he was featured on South African hit “Sete 2.0”, released on September 22, 2025, produced by South African stars Thami Motsa (Producer X) and Xolani Mthimunye (Jay Rangs).
This exposure marks a pivotal moment in his burgeoning career, showcasing his talent to a broader audience. Deejay Ntex has two songs currently available on YouTube, including the notable track “The Journey” featuring Rangs. This soulful piano piece is particularly special to him, as it was his first song and features chords designed to heal and uplift listeners. He expressed his appreciation for collaborating with Producer X and Jay Rangs, stating, “Collaborating with these producers was an incredible experience. I learned a lot, such as that we have to work with each other as Mswati so that we can come up with a big thing to put Swati music to the top.”
Ntex’s feature on “Sete 2.0” holds great significance for him. He remarked, “My feature on this track means a lot to me because it shows that as I’m growing, some people see something in me.” Looking ahead, he is excited to announce plans for an album set to be released at the end of October. This album will include collaborations with other talented Eswatini artists, such as Nelly Noll and Pretty Hle. He also mentioned, “I have a feature with Kiddust SA, the hitmaker behind Solomonzi, which I plan to attend in November.”
Fans can listen to “Sete 2.0” on YouTube, and Ntex is also planning to release his music across all social platforms next week. “You can also listen to ‘The Journey’ on YouTube,” he added, as he continues to carve out his place in the vibrant landscape of Eswatini music. With his passion and dedication, Deejay Ntex is poised for a promising future in the industry.
