- Ungasali: Last chance to register, deadline 10 July 2026
- MSMEs and children’s entertainment, are still welcome and reminded to submit applications by 10 July and complete stand payments by 25 July.
MBABANE – July marks the last month for businesses, and institutions planning to participate in the 58th Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) 2026, with the extended application deadline now set for 10 July 2026 and stand payments due by 25 July 2026.
With over 400 applications received, there is great interest yet again in the EITF. The Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority (EIPA), host of the country’s premier trade and investment exhibition, is reminding prospective exhibitors to use the remaining days of the extended application period to secure their opportunity to participate in one of the country’s largest annual business events. Vendor applications remain open for Shisa nyama, Fruit and Candy, and Children’s Entertainment categories.
The application period, which was extended from the original closing date of 25 June 2026, is intended to provide additional time for businesses that were unable to submit their applications earlier. The extension, however, represents the final opportunity for prospective exhibitors to apply for exhibition space before applications officially close on Friday, 10 July 2026.
Successful applicants will have until 25 July 2026 to complete payment for their exhibition stands, allowing organisers sufficient time to finalise allocations and preparations ahead of the exhibition, which takes place from 28 August to 6 September 2026.
Hosted under the theme “Unlocking Green Economy Opportunities for Sustainable Trade Promotion,” this year’s Trade Fair will continue to showcase innovation, sustainable enterprise, investment opportunities and emerging industries while connecting businesses with thousands of consumers, investors, distributors and potential partners from across the region.
EITF Spokesperson, Siphesihle Nkhabindze, said July represents one of the most important milestones in preparations for this year’s Trade Fair.
“July is a decisive month for everyone intending to exhibit at EITF 2026. We encourage businesses to make use of the last days. Once applications have been approved, exhibitors should also ensure that stand payments are made. To make payments, you must upload the proof of payment onto the EIFT App by 25 July to confirm your participation. These deadlines are critical to ensuring a smooth planning process for both exhibitors and organisers. Uploading payment is criterial to ensure that your business is not left behind while making allocations. “

Nkhabindze said the EITF continues to provide businesses with one of the most effective platforms to increase brand visibility, launch products, generate sales, establish strategic partnerships and explore new markets.
He added that exhibition rates have been maintained at the same levels as last year to encourage broad participation, particularly among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), while Government ministries, public enterprises, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), development partners and international exhibitors are also encouraged to participate.
With preparations for EITF 2026 now entering their final planning stages, businesses are urged not to delay their applications.
EITF 2026 is expected to attract more than 72,000 visitors, offering exhibitors unparalleled opportunities to engage customers, strengthen existing business relationships, identify new markets and showcase products and services to a diverse local and international audience.
