MATSAPHA — Globally acclaimed music executive, record producer, and talent scout Stanley Khoza has been confirmed as a keynote speaker at the upcoming Eswatini Art Summit 2025.
The three-day summit, organized by the Eswatini National Council of Arts and Culture (ENCAC), will take place at the Institute of Development Management (IDM) in Matsapha, across from UNESWA, from January 29 to 31, 2025. Running daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the event is free to attend, but registration is required.
Stanley Khoza, a renowned record label owner and Vice President of the Association of Independent Record Companies (AIRCO), as well as Chairperson of Moshito, is also the founder of Johannesburg-based Show Them Flames Productions. His independent record label has earned a reputation for cultivating groundbreaking talent across Africa. At the summit, Khoza will lead a session under the theme: “Understanding the Music Business and Artist Development.”
Drawing on his extensive experience in the music industry, Khoza will provide valuable insights into the business side of music. Attendees can expect to learn practical strategies for building sustainable careers, monetizing their art, and navigating the complexities of the industry. His session will also focus on artist development, covering essential topics like refining talent, building a personal brand, and utilizing digital platforms for growth.
