MBABANE – Kicks will be flying in an action packed Stanlib Oyama Champs of Champs set for Saturday (November 30, 2024) at Mavuso Sports Centre, starting at 9am.
The event is hosted by Oyama Kyukushin Karate Eswatini, sponsored by the Stanlib Eswatini to the tune of E35 000. The event will features both competitions for men and women competing in different categories for honours.
The divisions that the artists will compete in include the 60kg, 70kg, 80kg and the open division in both males and females. Winners will be incentive and also took home trophies and medals.
Spectators who want to watch the event live would pay E20 while it was E200 for the artists to register to compete in the 14th edition of the champs of champs.
There are international artists from neighboring country, South Africa and Zimbabwe who are expected to also attend the event to compete for honours. This will boast the competition and make the event an international one.
The event is also supported by the Eswatini Sport and Recreation Council (ESRC).
