MBABANE – The four regional teams will battle for the E42 500 prize money on Sunday (Februry 9, 2025) at Manzini Club under the Ingwenyama Cup.
The teams will first battle in the semi-finals were Amajukujuku from Hhohho will face Ubombo Flyers from the Lubombo Region in the first semi-finals while Nkwene Sundowns from Shiselweni Region will battle against Nsenga Comrades from the Manzini Region. The semi-finals will kick-off at 9am am and 11:30am.
The winners between the two side will this clash later in the afternoon at 3:30pm in the finals with the winner taking home the increased E42 500 first prize and the runner up will get E22 500 with the semi-finalists getting EE17 500 each.
The fixtures were released by the Premier League of Eswatini (PLE) Football Manager Banele Masondo on Tuesday.
The four teams reached the national stage after dominating in the region and they were part of the 31 teams that battle in the main tournament of the Ingwenyama Cup. They have all since exited the tournament as it is now at the quarter-finals stage.
There are individuals award with the player of the tournament taking home e5 500 and the top goal scorer will receive E4 000.
