In her line of work there’s nothing more rewarding than closing a sale and earning from the comfort of her own space. But this journey has not been smooth sailing and here she shares her experience;
Overcoming Challenges: Like many entrepreneurs, she faced the challenge of unpaid credit , and has learnt to implement a deposit system, ensuring commitment before starting any project.
Success Defined: For Munro, success lies in building strong customer connections and exceeding expectations. “Consistency has been key to our growth,” she said.
Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs: Be consistent! Consistent in your prayers, consistent in promoting your products, and consistent in letting people know what you offer.
Inspiration and Motivation: Munro draws inspiration from the founder, Miss Fayth, a statistics lecturer at the University of Eswatini, and her fellow sales agents at House of Fayth. “Our regular training sessions keep me motivated and driven.” she said.
Vision for the Future: In five years, Munro envisions Obsessories by Fayth M becoming the go-to supplier for corporate gift hampers in Eswatini and beyond.
Faith and Values: “I am a firm believer in Christ, and I put God first in everything I do, including my business. I pray for its success,” she shared.
Balancing Life and Work: When not working, Munro cherishes time with her family. “I maintain a healthy work-life balance by setting clear boundaries,” she said.
Her passion for organisation, her outgoing personality, and her patience are evident in her approach to both business and life.
