MBABANE – A special occasion is fast approaching as plans are underway to celebrate the life and enduring legacy of Mr. Magongo, a beloved figure who served for many years as the dedicated boarding master at St. Mark’s High School. “The Legends’ Celebration,” a birthday event designed to honour “Our Father,” Mr. Magongo, is scheduled for Thursday, May 29, 2025, starting at 12 Noon and continuing till late.
For generations of St. Mark’s pupils, Mr. Magongo was more than just a boarding master; he was a steadfast presence, a mentor, a guide, and indeed, a father figure during their formative years away from home. He provided discipline, comfort, and unwavering support, shaping countless young lives with his wisdom and care. His dedication to the well-being and development of the students under his charge left an indelible mark on the school’s history and the hearts of its alumni.
