MBABANE– InstaCash, one of the leading Mobile Money platform in Eswatini, has launched a competition to give one lucky customer a brand new Toyota Quantum.
The promotion started today and is open to all registered InstaCash users, who can enter by purchasing a ticket for E50 through the InstaCash platform.
The initiative was officially celebrated during a ceremony attended by the Honourable Minister of Commerce, Industry and Trade, Manqoba Khumalo, who praised InstaCash for its innovative approach. The Minister said the giveaway is more than a prize. “It is a symbol of movement, opportunity, and the tangible benefits of embracing digital finance,” he said.
The Minister also highlighted the broader impact of platforms like InstaCash. “By bringing financial services to every Emaswati, you empower people,” he said. “From small-scale farmers in Nhlangano to market vendors in Manzini, mobile money allows secure payments, access to credit, and savings for education. Every transaction accelerates the circulation of money and strengthens our economy.”
Mandla ‘Cheeks’ Nxumalo, Managing Director of InstaCash, said the giveaway is part of the company’s commitment to giving back to communities. “We hope the Toyota Quantum will help small businesses expand, community groups transport members, and families achieve financial goals through enterprise,” said Nxumalo.
Wandile Masilela of NTT Toyota Mbabane described the initiative as “a great opportunity” for the public and confirmed the vehicle is fully paid and ready for the winner. Mbabane Town Mayor, Thulani Mkhonto, also commended InstaCash for its community-focused programs, saying, “From school competitions to this giveaway, InstaCash’s work empowers our people and is noticed by the town.”
The competition allows multiple entries, with each ticket representing one chance to win. Full rules, including the closing date and draw procedure, are available on the InstaCash website.
The giveaway reflects the growing role of mobile money in supporting financial inclusion in Eswatini. By enabling secure payments and easy access to financial services, platforms like InstaCash help small businesses, market vendors, and entrepreneurs improve livelihoods, while contributing to a stronger, more vibrant economy.
