Beyond recordings, Sarnilo has taken centre stage at major events, including the MTN Bushfire Festival, one of Africa’s most celebrated music gatherings. She is also scheduled to appear at The Foyer Series in November 2025, further expanding her performance footprint.
Born to Swazi and Malawian heritage, Sarnilo’s music reflects the rich blend of her roots, deep storytelling, warm vocal textures, and a fearless approach to identity and sound. With Makuhwalala, she continues to evolve, offering a body of work that is both personal and universal.
As fans begin streaming the new EP, one question echoes across her comment sections: Which song will become the people’s favourite?
What is clear, however, is that Makuhwalala marks another striking chapter for one of Eswatini’s most promising voices.
