MTN LAUNCHES PHASED DOOR-TO-DOOR CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN

EZULWINI – MTN has announced the launch of a phased door-to-door customer engagement campaign aimed at empowering households with the information they need to select the best connectivity solutions for their digital lifestyles.

The campaign, launched in the streets of Manzini City, on 3 March 2026, and will run until May 2026.

Through this initiative, MTN representatives will visit communities across Eswatini to offer personalized guidance on mobile and internet products, helping customers make informed decisions based on their unique needs.

“Connectivity is not just about technology; it’s about people. This campaign allows us to

meet customers where they are, listen to their needs, and provide solutions that truly

make a difference,” said Thandwayinkosi Dlamini, Manager: Corporate Affairs & ESG, MTN Eswatini.

The campaign is being executed in phases, allowing MTN to deliver focused, high quality engagement in each community. The first areas to be visited are those highlighted in the schedule below, beginning in

March and continuing through May 2026.

The campaign will feature:

• Personalized consultations to match MTN products with household needs

• Educational materials explaining connectivity options

• Direct community engagement to strengthen trust and longterm relationships

• Feedback collection to support ongoing customer experience improvements

All official MTN representatives will carry special identification

Each representative will display:

• A campaign specific ID badge

• MTN branded attire

• A verifiable MTN staff or contractor number

Representatives will not ask for:

• Money

• Bank details

• Mobile money PINs

• Onetime passwords (OTPs)

If customers need to confirm whether the individual is an official MTN representative prior to engagement, the company has dedicated a special call centre line – 922

This initiative underscores MTN’s dedication to bridging the digital divide, promoting digital inclusion, and ensuring that every household in Eswatini has access to reliable, affordable, and relevant connectivity solutions.
