HAKUNA MATATA SPIN FEST RETURNS WITH POWERFUL LINE-UP

MANZINI – Motorsport enthusiasts and spinning fans are gearing up for an adrenaline-filled experience as the second annual Hakuna Matata Spin Fest returns on March 28, 2026, at the Mavuso Trade Centre.

The highly anticipated event will kick off at 1PM and run until late, bringing together some of the most exciting spinning talents from across Southern Africa.

This year’s edition promises a stronger and more diverse line-up, featuring spinners from Eswatini, South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho and Mozambique, all set to showcase their drifting precision, daring stunts and unique spinning styles.

Among the international spinners expected to thrill the crowd are Austin, Kutja, Zameer, Wafeeq, Gotumile, Baatile, Laeeq Newman, Reese, Dog Side Crew, Jay-F, Fred, Chad, Porra, Feroz, Sunesh, Ziko, Bamje, Rio, Zenzi, Kasi Crew, Boyka, Mr Elvis, Shaya Mnguni, Scelo and Problem Child. Their participation is expected to bring a dynamic mix of skill, speed and showmanship to the arena.

Local spinning powerhouses will also take centre stage, with names such as Team Swazi, Team Brema, Masina Brothers, Mafana Webhova, Ricky, Warren, Gesho, Danger, Msimsii, Bucket, Xoli, Ngwe, Dara, Ghetto Ruff, Zweli, Mangena, Mabototsa, Mavela, Twins, Mkido, Tibu, Mahlanya Crew, Half Clutch, Suid Crew, Jazz, Malamlela and Hakuna Matata ready to represent Eswatini’s vibrant spinning culture.

Event organiser Nqaba Ginindza said the team is determined to build on the success of the inaugural show.

“Last year set a very high standard, so our main focus this year is consistency, growth, and experience. We’re maintaining the hype by building on what worked and improving what can be elevated,” said Ginindza.

He explained that this year’s event will feature tighter show scheduling, better crowd interaction and higher production value to enhance the overall experience.

“We’re also welcoming new spinners from South Africa, Botswana and Lesotho. This regional representation adds diversity to the show and exposes the crowd to different spinning styles and techniques,” he said.

Ginindza added that the selection of performers was carefully balanced between upcoming talents and established crowd favourites.

With presale tickets priced at E120, gate entry at E150, kids under 12 at E100, and cooler box entry at E80, the festival is expected to draw a massive crowd eager to witness one of the region’s fastest-growing spinning showcases.
