MANZINI– The harmony gets richer as Imisebe Publishing has raised the note with an E55 000 boost,E5 000 more than last year,towards the Standard Bank Choral Music Competition, lifting the total prize pool to an impressive E400 000.
The contribution follows Standard Bank’s E355 000 backing, further strengthening the competition as one of the country’s most celebrated platforms for choral excellence. The growing investment signals a powerful celebration of voices set to echo through Esibayeni Lodge on May 24.
The cheque was officially handed over to the Eswatini National Choral Music Association (ENCMA) president Sihle Gumbi by Elias Shongwe, Chairman of Imisebe Publishing, during a brief presentation ceremony.
The latest boost is expected to heighten excitement among participating choirs, as anticipation builds for a night that will showcase talent, discipline and the rich musical heritage of Eswatini.
