MBABANE – Eswatini continues to embrace the opportunities of the digital era with the upcoming Content Creators TikTok Workshop, set to take place on June 3, 2026.
The workshop, supported by the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology, will bring together aspiring and established content creators for a full day of learning, collaboration and innovation aimed at strengthening digital skills and expanding opportunities within the creator economy.
Running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the programme will provide participants with practical insights into content creation strategies, audience growth, digital innovation and the economic opportunities emerging through platforms such as TikTok.
The initiative highlights the Kingdom’s growing investment in youth development, technology and digital entrepreneurship. As content creation continues to evolve into a viable career path for many young people around the world, the workshop seeks to equip Emaswati with the knowledge and tools needed to compete and thrive in the digital landscape.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn from experienced industry practitioners, gain a deeper understanding of digital storytelling and explore ways of building impactful online communities and sustainable personal brands.
To ensure wider participation, the workshop will also be broadcast online, allowing viewers from across the country to benefit from the discussions and training sessions. The live broadcast will be available through the Eswatini TV YouTube Channel and the Ministry of ICT Facebook Page.
The event represents another positive step in advancing digital literacy and nurturing local talent, while creating pathways for young people to leverage technology, creativity and innovation for personal and economic growth.
