SIDVOKODVO – Eswatini’s celebrated Deep House maestro DJ Cup has officially been added to the highly anticipated Ocean Summer Vibes line-up, further cementing the festival’s status as one of the biggest entertainment events on the country’s 2026 calendar.
Set for 24 October 2026 at Riders Ranch in Sidvokodvo, the festival is already generating massive excitement thanks to an impressive line-up led by South African music heavyweights DJ Maphorisa, Kelvin Momo and Blxckie. The addition of one of Eswatini’s finest DJs gives local music lovers even more reason to look forward to the event.
Presented by Ocean Cuisine Restaurant & Lounge, Ocean Summer Vibes promises more than 12 hours of non-stop music, dancing and entertainment, with gates opening at noon and performances continuing into the early hours of the following morning.
Known off stage as Welcome Zama Maseko, DJ Cup has spent more than a decade building a name for himself as one of Eswatini’s leading DJs, producers and event organisers. Renowned for seamlessly blending Deep House, Afro House and Tech House, he has become a crowd favourite both at home and across the region.
His career has seen him perform in countries including South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania and Lesotho, while his contribution to the local music industry has been recognised with MTN SWAMA Awards for Best House Song (2020) and Best Collaboration (2021).
Speaking about joining the highly anticipated festival, DJ Cup said he is ready to give fans an unforgettable experience.
“I’m excited and I can’t wait to rock the stage with new music as well as people’s favourite tunes. I am really looking forward to it and sharing this incredible experience with everyone at Summer Vibes,” he said.
Away from the stage, DJ Cup also serves as the Operations Director at NewLife Entertainment, where he plays an important role in developing emerging artists through mentorship, music production and event management.
His inclusion strengthens an already explosive line-up that features some of Southern Africa’s biggest names.
Leading the charge is DJ Maphorisa, one of Africa’s most influential producers and a driving force behind the global rise of Amapiano. The hitmaker has produced music for some of the continent’s biggest stars and famously co-produced Drake’s global smash One Dance, while his partnership with Kabza De Small under the Scorpion Kings banner has become one of the most successful collaborations in African music.
Fans can also expect thrilling performances from hip-hop sensation Blxckie, whose unique fusion of rap, trap and R&B has produced chart-topping hits including David, Ye×4, Sondela and Sete.
Adding soulful vocals to the festival is Thatohatsi, whose breakout hit Xolele introduced her as one of Amapiano’s brightest female stars. She has since collaborated with industry giants including DJ Maphorisa, Kelvin Momo and Kabza De Small.
Meanwhile, Kelvin Momo, affectionately known as the King of Private School Amapiano, is expected to deliver one of the festival’s standout performances. His signature jazz-inspired production style has made him one of the most respected names in the genre, with acclaimed projects such as Amukelani and Kurhula earning widespread praise.
Other artists set to perform include Pcee, Danya Devs, Sbu De Drum (Sibusiso Dlamini), Artwork Sounds, alongside several other performers expected to keep the energy high throughout the day.
With a blend of internationally acclaimed stars and homegrown talent, organisers believe the 2026 edition of Ocean Summer Vibes will set a new benchmark for live entertainment in Eswatini.
Tickets are already available through Moja Tickets, with prices starting from E200 for General Early Bird tickets, while VIP packages range from E500 to E700.
