EZULWINI — The countdown to 2FIVE10 is turning up the heat, with Mdzimba View Shisanyama set to become a meeting point for music lovers when the entertainment showcase takes over the venue on September 25, 2026.
The event will feature a star-studded line-up led by South African Afro-soul heavyweight Vusi Nova, Ndu Browns of award-winning duo Blaq Diamond, and amapiano producer and artist Sobzeen.
Vusi Nova, known for his soulful vocals, emotional love songs and hits including Thandiwe, Naninina and his acclaimed rendition of Etta James’ I’d Rather Go Blind, is expected to bring his signature Afro-soul sound to the stage.
Ndu Browns, one half of Blaq Diamond, will add the duo’s distinctive Afro-pop flavour to the showcase. He rose to prominence through Blaq Diamond’s soulful storytelling and hits such as Ibhanoyi, which earned major recognition in South Africa.
Meanwhile, Sobzeen is expected to inject amapiano energy into the night. The Soweto-born artist and producer is known for collaborations such as Selimathunzi and Kunzima, while his latest project Nguni Tales explores African identity, culture and personal experiences through amapiano and related sounds.
However, according to Season 24 founder and director Harvey Terblanche, 2FIVE10 is about more than bringing big names to an Eswatini stage.
Terblanche said the event is intended to contribute to the growth of the country’s entertainment industry by creating platforms for local creatives to perform, connect with new audiences and share stages with established acts.
“We want to create opportunities for local artists to showcase their talent, connect with new audiences and share the stage with established performers,” said Terblanche.
He added that the organisers also hope to strengthen Mdzimba View Shisanyama’s reputation as a destination for quality entertainment while demonstrating how well-executed events can contribute to the local economy.
“Ultimately, our goal is to help build an entertainment industry that creates opportunities, attracts audiences and continues to grow beyond our borders,” Terblanche said.
With the combination of local opportunities and established South African performers, 2FIVE10 is positioning itself as more than another night out, but as a platform where entertainment, business and creative talent can collide.
