Terms & Conditions – DeltaPay x Instacash Social Media Contest

Eligibility

The contest is open to all DeltaPay users 18 years or older residing in Eswatini.

Employees of DeltaPay, Instacash, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To qualify for the weekly draw, participants must:

Make a deposit or withdrawal transaction between DeltaPay and Instacash wallets using the DeltaPay App.

Ensure the transaction is completed within the week of the draw (from the last draw to the following Thursday, 5:30 PM cutoff).

Each successful transaction counts as one entry, and multiple transactions increase the chances of winning.

Winner Selection & Announcement

Winners will be randomly selected from the transaction data recorded in the DeltaPay system.

Draw dates:

Week 4: Friday, 28 March 2025

The weekly E500 cash prize will be deposited directly into the winner’s DeltaPay wallet within 48 hours of the announcement.

Winners will be announced on DeltaPay’s official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp) every Friday.

Winners must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

Bonus Giveaway (04 April 2025)

A special surprise giveaway will be awarded on 04 April 2025 to a randomly selected participant from the full contest period.

Fair Play & Disqualification

DeltaPay reserves the right to verify the validity of all transactions before awarding prizes.

Any fraudulent activity, suspected account manipulation, or use of third-party accounts will result in immediate disqualification.

Transactions that are reversed, canceled, or deemed invalid will not be considered for the draw.

Use of Transaction Data for Winner Selection

By participating, entrants agree that DeltaPay will use transaction data recorded in its system to determine winners.

The contest does not track which specific Instacash wallet a user deposits into or withdraws from—only that a transaction occurred via DeltaPay.

This ensures a transparent and verifiable selection process using system records.

Privacy & Data Use

By participating, entrants agree to have their first and last names (e.g., Thabiso Dlamini) shared on social media if they win.

Personal information collected for this contest will not be shared with third parties and is used solely for contest administration.

Changes & Cancellation

DeltaPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, or regulatory changes).

Any changes to the contest will be communicated via DeltaPay’s social media platforms and website.
