MBABANE– For a content creator racing to meet a brand’s deadline and a young entrepreneur serving customers in real time, reliable internet connectivity is more than a service—it is the bridge between opportunity and success.

This was the central message during a discussion on “The Real Price of Connectivity”, where digital content creator Linda, popularly known as “The Queen”, and BIO Gaming and Gadgets founder Harrison Mofire shared how dependable connectivity has helped shape their careers, strengthen their businesses and unlock new opportunities.

For Linda, every upload carries a promise. Whether promoting a product or sharing content with thousands of followers, she says meeting deadlines is essential to earning and keeping the trust of brands.

“When a brand asks you to publish content at a specific time, you have to deliver. There is no room for excuses because your reputation depends on being reliable,” she said.

She explained that behind every post is a business relationship built on professionalism, consistency and trust. Losing internet access at a crucial moment can mean losing engagement, missing opportunities and damaging relationships that have taken years to build.

“As a content creator, connectivity is not a luxury. It is what keeps my career moving forward and allows me to stay connected with the people and businesses that believe in my work,” she added.

For Harrison Mofire, connectivity is equally important. As the founder of a gaming and gadgets business, he said reliable internet allows him to stay ahead of fast-changing technology, respond quickly to customers and provide the level of service that keeps clients coming back.

“In business, customers expect quick responses. If you cannot communicate with them because of poor connectivity, you risk losing their confidence. Reliable connectivity helps us remain competitive and continue growing,” he said.

Both young entrepreneurs agreed that while internet services come at a cost, dependable connectivity should be viewed as an investment that creates opportunities rather than simply another monthly expense.

Linda encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs and digital creators not to underestimate the value of staying connected, saying reliable internet gives people the chance to showcase their talents, market their products and build sustainable careers.

She described connectivity as a lifeline that allows businesses to reach customers, creators to tell their stories and communities to remain connected in an increasingly digital world.

Their experiences reflect how technology is empowering young entrepreneurs to transform talent into thriving businesses, proving that the real value of connectivity is measured not by the price of data, but by the opportunities it makes possible.
