EZULWINI – The Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) celebrated Customer Service Week by honouring various members, employers, and tenants for going “Above and Beyond” in managing their accounts with the Fund.

The Client Appreciation event, held at the Royal Villas, was attended by ENPF Chief Executive Officer Futhi Tembe, her management team, and other staff as well as the awardees from all over the country. Tembe expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the awardees, referring to them as the heartbeat of the Fund. “Your commitment and cooperation are the driving forces behind our continued success,” she said. She commended their dedication to complying with ENPF rules and managing their accounts responsibly, contributing to a sustainable financial future for Emaswati.

Explaining the awards, Tembe said they also wanted to recognize those who had embraced ENPF innovations, including the KYC drive, and appreciated those who had consistently utilized their additional products and paid all dues on time.

Ten stakeholder groups were awarded, including employers with well-managed accounts, Top Supplementary Contribution Promoters, and Fully KYC-compliant employers. Other categories included Top Voluntary Paying Members, Top Supplementary Paying Members, and Top APP early adopters. In the tenants’ category, awards went to top residential and commercial tenants. There was also the category of “Love Your Helper” initiative, where also the top newly registered Employers for their paying for their household helpers was recognised..

Service Centre Manager Cabangile Dlamini announced the winners and applauded them for their commitment. Prizes included trophies, gift hampers, and once-off voluntary contributions ranging from E500 to E1000, depending on the category.

Speaking on behalf of the recipients, Lungile Tsabedze expressed gratitude, noting that ENPF’s recognition would encourage continued saving and commitment to obligations.

Meanwhile, General Manager Operations, Micah Nkabinde, shared words of motivation: “Work as though you may die today but plan as though you will live forever. I wish all employers and employees continued success.”
