The new menus feature dishes like the refreshing Prawn Salad with baby lettuce, cucumber, olives, and a delicate teriyaki sauce, and the tender Stuffed Fillet with Peppadew and Spinach served with creamy crashed potatoes and a rich peppercorn sauce. For dessert in this three-course option, the classic Cream Brulé is accompanied by fresh berries and a vibrant strawberry compote.

 

For a more extensive culinary exploration, a five-course menu begins with a light and crispy Prawn Tempura with a zesty tomato salsa, followed by an elegant Stuffed Chicken Roulade with olive mash and red pepper relish. A refreshing Lemon Sorbet acts as a palate cleanser before the main course, where diners can choose between a hearty Dumpling Stuffed with Braised Oxtail or a perfectly Pan Grilled Norwegian Salmon with pea mash and a lemon honey sauce. The indulgence concludes with a decadent Duo of Chocolate Mousse served with fresh berries and vanilla ice cream.
