MBABANE – In yet another show of growth and digital strength, the official website of Eswatini Positive News — www.eswatinipositivenews.online — has achieved an astounding 2.2 million hits in just two months, solidifying its place as one of the most visited news platforms in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
The latest analytics report, drawn from September and October 2025, reveals that the website attracted over 110 000 unique visitors who generated more than 185 000 visits and viewed over 530 000 pages, resulting in a staggering
2.2 million total hits.
“These numbers show that the world is hungry for positive, constructive journalism. Eswatini Positive News is proudly leading that movement,” said EPN Director Mbongeni Ndlela, adding that the publication’s approach to uplifting stories and national development coverage is making an impact.

Two Months of Digital Growth
In September 2025, the website recorded 51 799 unique visitors, 88 508 visits, and a total of 2 230 916 hits. In October 2025, the site saw further growth, with 58 999 unique visitors, 84 343 visits, and 1 389 362 hits. This brings the combined total for the two months to 110 798 unique visitors, 172 851 total visits, and 2 220 278 total hits.
A Truly Global Audience: Top 25 Countries
The report highlights how EPN’s website has become a global hub for positivity, with readers from every corner of the world. The Top 25 visiting countries for October 2025 show a wide reach across continents.

“To see visitors from over 25 countries reading Eswatini’s success stories is proof that optimism has no borders. It’s humbling to know that the Kingdom’s good news is inspiring people everywhere,” Ndlela shared.
Mobile Users Dominate Traffic
Out of all visitors, a massive 78% accessed the website through mobile phones, reflecting the publication’s strong mobile optimization and reach to everyday readers. Desktop visits accounted for 18%, while tablet users made up 4%.
Weekday and Hourly Traffic Patterns
The analytics reveal that the busiest times were late mornings and early evenings, particularly between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Fridays and Thursdays saw the highest activity, with over 100,000 hits each day during those peak periods.
Bandwidth and Engagement
In October alone, the website used over 74 GB of data, while September reached 113 GB, meaning that millions of pages, photos, and videos were consumed by global readers. The largest share of content viewed was news photos and videos, followed by feature articles, government updates, and success stories.
Social Media Synergy
EPN’s social media platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) — continue to drive website traffic. Together, they generated more than 1.5 million engagements over the same period, showing that online readers often transition from social feeds to the main website for full stories.

From tourism and innovation to education and youth empowerment, the most popular stories during the two-month period focused on Eswatini’s progress and pride. These stories drew thousands of daily visitors and hundreds of international shares, proof that positivity is not only powerful but also contagious.
