MALKERNS – Tomorrow will see three lucky MTN Bushfire Firefly finalists walk away winners, securing them a spot to grace the stage at the 18th edition of the MTN Bushfire Festival.
The MTN Bushfire Firefly Grand Finale will be held tomorrow, (April 24, 2025), at House On Fire.
Tomorrow will feature live performances by the Top 10 finalists as they battle it out for the Top 3 spots to perform at the prestigious MTN Bushfire Festival.
Eswatini-groomed multi-platinum Amapiano guest artist, Zee Nxumalo, is set to perform at the grand finale, alongside one of Eswatini’s sizzling spinners, Stickx. It promises to be an epic show!
Tickets are priced at E160. Beat the queues and buy them on the MoMo WhatsApp Marketplace by sending ‘hi’ to 7808 4000 on WhatsApp and following the prompts. Tickets will also be available at the gates. Doors open at 7 PM, featuring a ‘Happy Hour with Castle Lite’ drinks special from 7 PM to 8 PM. The show will kick off at 8 PM and is expected to conclude around 11:45 PM.
The Top 3 finalists will be selected through a combination of expert judges and public voting via a poll on the Ayoba all-in-one app. The Firefly Grand Finale will be broadcast live by Eswatini Television Authority (ESTV) and streamed live on the *MTN Bushfire Firefly Facebook page as well as the MTN Bushfire YouTube channel.

The MTN Bushfire Firefly is a youth music competition aimed at developing emerging talent in Eswatini, forming part of MTN Bushfire’s drive to create sustainable careers for young talent in the music industry. Over the years, the competition has established an inspiring track record of unearthing, promoting, and supporting emerging talent by giving the youth a credible platform to share their music with a wide audience.
The Top 10 contestants Ace Julz, Nelly Noll, Quekey, the duo N Kay & Smally, Emstar Teaniba, Hapkoo, Celumusa, Hailey, K Darrow, and Wess June Ten—have already benefited from the mentorship aspect of the program.
