MBABANE – The latest salary review has unveiled a new pay structure designed to reward growth, retain top talent, and strengthen employee confidence across all levels.
The review introduces structured pay scales with clear progression through five notches per grade. This ensures that every employee, from entry-level to senior management, has a predictable and transparent path for salary growth.
At the entry and middle grades, modest adjustments were introduced to maintain stability and align with regional benchmarks. This balance helps safeguard jobs while ensuring that salaries remain sustainable.
Meanwhile, senior and specialized roles have seen significant upward adjustments, with increases ranging from 35% to over 60%. This move reflects the organisation’s commitment to retaining skilled professionals and remaining competitive in today’s evolving job market.
Importantly, the new structure is anchored by fairness: each grade carries a clear progression percentage (10%, 12% or 16%), which ensures that employees enjoy steady and transparent growth as they advance in their roles.
The salary review marks a new chapter of confidence and motivation for the workforce. By combining sustainability at the base with competitiveness at the top, the revised scales promise to uplift morale and position the organisation as an employer of choice in the region.
