LOBAMBA – Lobamba Police are calling on the public to help identify the man pictured after a daring early-morning armed robbery on December 2, 2025.
According to investigators, three suspects stormed a shop near the new Parliament site around 6:30 AM, threatening staff and customers before making off with cash and valuable electronics.
The suspects allegedly forced the shop assistant to lock the door and tell customers the owner was “still praying,” before escaping with E12 390 in cash, four mobile phones worth E10 800, and a Lenovo laptop valued at E4 500. They reportedly fled in a black Honda Fit with an obscured licence plate.
Police believe the man shown in the surveillance image could be key to solving the case and are appealing for immediate public assistance.
