MANTENGA – Get ready for an unforgettable Valentine’s Day experience as the much-anticipated Love & Laughter Fest is set to take place at Mantenga Cultural Village on Friday, February 14, 2025.
This year’s event offers a unique camping experience, allowing attendees to fully immerse themselves in a night of love and laughter. The camping option is priced at E540, giving festivalgoers a chance to extend the celebration overnight in a scenic cultural setting.
The show starts at 7 PM and boasts a star-studded lineup of celebrated comedians, including Monkeyman, Mdura, Nodsh, Bongiswa & Darren, Dr. Shakes, and Christian Maz. The dynamic and entertaining duo, Gogo Eswatini and S’lwane will host the evening, with Hembe stepping in as the Master of Ceremonies.
To enhance the experience further, Mantenga Cultural Village offers comfortable double-bed accommodations at a special rate of E860, including breakfast. This exclusive offer is available throughout February, making it a perfect getaway for couples looking to celebrate love in a relaxed, intimate setting.
The Mantenga Cultural Village Arena, known for its harmonious blend of cultural heritage and romance, sets the perfect backdrop for this electrifying event. One of the event hosts, Gogo Eswatini (born Mduduzi Nkambule), shared the inspiration behind the Love & Laughter Fest. “This is an annual event we organize to celebrate love,” he explained. “Each year, it marks our first show, setting the stage for a year filled with laughter and joy. We would love to see emaSwati show up in large numbers—we are thrilled to witness the growth of the comedy audience.”
