Ngculwini – Just as she promised earlier in the week,South African Afro Pop sensation Lwah Ndlukulu, affectionately known as the Nkabi Nation First Lady, delivered with her electrical performance last night at Ehawini Lifestyle on (Saturday, March 8, 2025).
Dressed in a laid back casual look of jeans, pink and navy crop top and white sneakers took to the Ehawini Lifestyle stage with some of her band at 1am and performed for 45 minutes.
It was her energy of traditional dance that had the patrons scream with excitement in appreciation of her rich Zulu maskandi vibe on stage.
Last night she showcased her enchanting melodies and captivating stage presence, which has garnered her a dedicated fan base across Southern Africa.
When reached for comment Zeeyanda Shabalala of Ehawini Lifestyle, shared with this publication that fans enjoyed the debut performance of Lwah Ndlukulu and they as management, are happy she honoured the invite and delivered for an hour and half .
Ehawini Lifestyle is located 10 minutes from Manzini, it offers a vibrant atmosphere that is sure to enhance the experience for all attendees.
Lwah Ndlukulu’s performance was enhanced by the addition of local talent which included a variety of acts, as well as a special performance by the popular group Melting C, Khuni, Sbu De Drum DJ, DJ Cup, and Bandora.
Born Lwandile Mtshali in Hluhluwe, Northern KwaZulu-Natal, Lwah Ndlukulu’s journey to stardom is a testament to her talent and determination. She began her musical career in high school as a member of the school choir, where she honed her vocal skills and developed a passion for music. In 2020, driven by her ambition to succeed in the competitive music industry, she made the bold decision to drop out of high school and move to Johannesburg.
Ndlukulu’s big break came when she was featured on Big Zulu’s hit song ‘Umuzi Esandton’. The track’s success catapulted her into the spotlight, leading to her signing with Inkabi Records, a label known for promoting top-tier talent in the Afro Pop genre. Her debut single, ‘Home,’ featuring the renowned artist Sjava, was released in late 2021 and quickly gained traction.
Since then, Lwah Ndlukulu has continued to rise in prominence, releasing a string of platinum and chart-topping singles, including “Ithuba” and “Ngiyeza.”Her collaboration on the hit single ‘Voice Mail’ with Inkabi Nation further solidified her status as a leading figure in the Afro Pop scene.
The establishment is offering residency for different DJs as recently DJ Ayacity had the honour of being a resident DJ in February. Currently Culolami Dlamini is manning the residency for this month (March 2025).
Last month Ehawini Lifestyle successfully hosted Xolwa-Istalion for the Lovers night show on Valentine’s Day.
