MBABANE – To enhance service delivery and communication efficiency, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security has introduced dedicated email addresses for key service areas.
The Initiative, which takes immediate effect, aims to provide easier access for the public and stakeholders seeking specialized labour-related services.
According to a public notice issued on July 8, 2025, the Ministry announced three new email addresses tailored to specific functions:
1. labourcompliance@gov.sz – For applications related to Labour Compliance Certificates.
2. tradetesting@gov.sz – For Trade Testing applications.
3. oshinspections@gov.sz – For requests concerning Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) inspections.
The Ministry stated that this move is part of an ongoing commitment to improve responsiveness, reduce turnaround times, and ensure that queries reach the relevant departments without delays.
“We encourage all individuals, businesses, and institutions seeking assistance or information related to these services to use the designated email addresses,” said Nompilo Mncina, the Ministry’s Communications Officer. “This communication structure is designed to streamline response times and improve efficiency.”
However, members of the public with general inquiries are encouraged to contact the Ministry via the general information line at 2404 1971/3.
The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to delivering transparent, efficient, and responsive services to all citizens and stakeholders across the Kingdom.
