MBABANE – A powerful message of healing, accountability and emotional growth took centre stage during the ‘BLAME GAME NO MORE: OWN YOUR FEELINGS’ session hosted by LOVE YOUR MIND’s founder Sisekelo Nkosi, where Her Royal Highness Nozizwe Zulu urged young people to confront pain without allowing it to shape their future.
Speaking to an engaged audience, HRH Nozizwe Zulu highlighted the importance of mindfulness and emotional awareness in maintaining mental health. She encouraged attendees to appreciate their environment, acknowledge the support systems around them and remain present in the moment instead of dwelling on past hurt.
The discussion focused strongly on personal responsibility, particularly the need for individuals to own their feelings and reactions rather than transferring pain onto others. HRH Nozizwe Zulu said many people continue to carry emotional wounds that later affect relationships, families and communities.

She also challenged both parents and young people to break destructive cycles within families. Young people were encouraged to seek guidance instead of becoming rebellious, while parents were urged not to raise children through harsh treatment simply because that was how they were raised.
The session further explored the emotional impact of growing up without one or both parents. HRH Nozizwe Zulu encouraged attendees who experienced parental absence to embrace their individuality and appreciate the love they receive from guardians, relatives and mentors who continue to support them.
Particular attention was given to young girls growing up without fathers, with the discussion encouraging them not to define themselves through absence or rejection. Instead, they were reminded to recognise their worth and value beyond their circumstances.
The audience also reflected on generational trauma and the importance of healing before starting families or raising children. HRH Nozizwe Zulu stressed that unresolved emotional pain often passes from one generation to another when left unattended.
“Use what you have to grow and be great,” she said, a statement that resonated strongly with attendees throughout the session.
The event left many participants inspired to pursue healing, forgiveness and emotional maturity while promoting healthier relationships and stronger communities across Eswatini.
