MANZINI – Eswatini’s most explosive braai festival just got hotter! Local crowd-favourite Sintour is officially taking over Hype Duty at the ninth Eswatini Biggest Braai, promising a non-stop energy fest like never before.
This year’s edition of the Eswatini Biggest Braai, happening from July 26–27, 2025, at the iconic Mavuso Trade Centre, promises sizzling fun, live performances, and an electrifying crowd experience—especially with Sintour born Mongi Simelane, on Hype Duty.
Sintour is no stranger to the stage. A natural entertainer, dancer, and MC from Mbulungwane, he’s been working his way up the entertainment ladder—and now, his dream of hyping the Biggest Braai crowd is finally coming true.
“This event has been on my list for years,” Sintour shares. “Each year I wasn’t selected, I felt disappointed, but I kept sharpening my craft and trusting the process. Now it’s time to let loose and give my all.”
As the official Hype Duty, Sintour’s task goes far beyond hosting—he’ll be the voice, energy, and heartbeat of the festival, keeping the audience excited, engaged, and on their feet from start to finish.
“I’ll be keeping them screaming all night,” he says. “It’s more than just fun—it’s about delivering the experience the right way. My team and I are doing research on what the Biggest Braai is really about so we can bring that energy authentically.”
Sintour’s upgrade from MC to Hype Duty was deliberate. His team, known as The Born Blessed Family, along with his manager 007, are refining his approach to match his rising profile and the significance of this moment.
“We don’t just wing it. The hype is intentional. It’s our way of connecting with people and leaving a lasting impact.”
Last year, Sintour got a brief moment on stage after buying a ticket to attend—but this year, he’s headlining the energy. He credits Thando from SS Entertainment for giving him that short chance, which he now sees as a stepping stone.
Now with TEAMSINTOUR behind him and his name on the official line-up, he’s more ready than ever.
“This is just the beginning. We’re always looking toward the next big thing.”
With Sintour leading the charge, the Eswatini Biggest Braai 2025 is set to be a fiery celebration of talent, flavour, and unmatched vibes.
