MBABANE – Former National team, Sihlangu Captain and Mbabane Swallows player Tony ‘TT’ Tsabedze inspired Mshinandi Arsenal Under-13 football team.

The team visited the Municipal Council Mbabane were they were taken through eductional programs of football and educational programs on general life skills with Tsabedze present. Majority of the players were visiting Mbabane for the first time as they are based in the Hhohho northern part of the region.

The team playing in the development structures under the Hhohho Regional Football Association (HRFA) also played a friendly match against Mbabane Swallows.

Others who took the players through the educational programs included HRFA Chairman Dr Comfort Shongwe and Zama Ndzimandze.

The players also benefited as they received 30 tooth brushes with the Mbabane City Council offering the venue for the educational programs.

“The life of a soccer player has been pictures as a journey with a new destination. For them to reach the end they need a GPS to guide. Thus the players where empowered on how they can find their destination.

The workshop was held the Mbabane City Council where the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Gciniwe Fakudze assisted with the venue.

The reason to look for such a venue is to inspire the young stars on corporate life. Those sitting on the top table and chairs inspire them to have the hunger to be one at some point in time. This can be their destination thus they need a GPS of their destination,” reads a statement.

Zama Ndzimandze gave the young stars an experience to communicate with sign language.

Whatever was said he expressed it through sign language communicating with those whose “eyes fits the ear” those who understand sign language.

Ndzimandze added that school was essential and the players were encouraged to hold on into school as an essential tool they need.
