EZULWINI – The third edition of the Sebenza Moghul Foundation’s Wonder Women High Tea called upon women to become more, believe deeper, and rise beyond limitation — rallying participants into a renewed mindset of empowerment, purpose and transformation as momentum builds toward the fourth edition.

Held at Sharma House in eZulwini on Saturday, May 16, 2026, the gathering has continued to position itself as a powerful women empowerment platform in Eswatini, where conversation, style and personal development intersect to shape leadership, ambition and spiritual growth.

Women from different walks of life filled the elegant venue for the empowerment session organised by the Foundation, creating an atmosphere defined by unity, elegance and intentional dialogue. The event brought together corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives and community builders, all drawn by a shared desire to grow, connect and inspire one another.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Eswatini Positive News, the Foundation’s leadership highlighted that the initiative is designed to help women strengthen both their professional presence and personal confidence through meaningful conversations, networking opportunities and motivational engagements.

The programme was guided by host Winile Hlanze, while Norma Mngoma attended as the guest of honour. Insightful presentations were delivered by speakers Carol Lourel Mhlarhi, Futhi Tembe, Ratile Mabitsela and Bathabile Moreki, each sharing experiences and lessons centred on leadership, resilience, faith and self-belief.

Throughout the session, speakers encouraged attendees to embrace their influence in society, challenge self-doubt and actively pursue growth in their respective spaces. The conversations emphasised that empowerment begins internally before it manifests in workplaces, homes and communities.

As conversations flowed over tea, participants reflected on the importance of women supporting one another, building networks that uplift and creating spaces where their voices, ideas and aspirations are affirmed.

The Wonder Women High Tea continues to grow into a signature empowerment platform that not only celebrates women but intentionally equips them to lead, inspire and transform the environments around them.
