A bold, youth-driven voice is making waves in Eswatini’s business landscape. Echo PR and Events Agency, a newly launched communications firm, is proving that young professionals are not just participants, but powerful drivers in the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Since its launch in May 2025, the agency has delivered three well-received events in just two months, boasting a 90% client satisfaction rate and rapidly gaining traction among local business owners. Led by founder and CEO Njabulo Skhondze, Echo PR is powered by a team of passionate interns from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. The agency offers tailored services in public relations, brand communication, and events management.
“We started Echo PR to bridge the gap between emerging talent and the business world,” said Skhondze. “Our mission is to equip local brands with strategic communication tools that generate tangible outcomes, and to prove that young professionals can lead with excellence.”

Beyond serving clients, Echo PR is committed to growing the creative economy. The agency plans to launch SME-focused training workshops later this year, covering topics such as media relations, digital branding, and event strategy. These initiatives aim to build capacity for local businesses while nurturing the next generation of communication professionals.
