LOBAMBA – Fashion, culture, and sport will come together in spectacular style as South African actress and fashion icon Enhle Mbali headlines this year’s Swazi Polo, set for October 11, 2025, at Yellowstone, Swazi Lizkhar.
With the vibrant theme “Polka Dot”, the event promises an unforgettable fusion of elegance and entertainment. Guests can look forward to exhilarating polo matches, high-end fashion showcases, live performances, and a gourmet food experience spotlighting Eswatini’s finest culinary talents.
Enhle Mbali, known for her versatility and flair, is no stranger to the spotlight. She first captured attention through her role in the hit South African series Tshisa before branching into fashion and entrepreneurship. In 2015, she launched a maternity wear line in South Africa and New York, later founding her luxury brand, Essie Apparel (House of Essie), in 2019. The label quickly rose to prominence, earning international recognition when it was featured in Vogue Italia in 2020 and securing the Best Designer Collection Award at San Francisco’s Fashion Community Week the same year. With multiple appearances at South African Fashion Week, Enhle continues to cement her place as a creative force.
Speaking about the event, Swazi Boy Entertainment’s Public Relations Officer, Nduduzo Dankos, said the Swazi Polo celebrates more than sport.
“The Swazi Polo event draws inspiration from Eswatini’s rich cultural heritage and breathtaking natural beauty. It merges the timeless elegance and thrill of polo with a distinctly local flair, symbolized by our vibrant polka dot theme,” he explained.
Dankos added that the event is designed as a full-day celebration. Beyond the sport, attendees can expect gourmet stalls, live music, and a joyful community atmosphere.
