MBABANE – See You at the Top 2025.
The countdown has officially begun for one of Eswatini’s most anticipated cultural events – The Jumbo Festival – which is set to take place on 29 November 2025. Mark your calendars, as this year’s edition promises even more energy, opportunity, and entertainment than ever before.
Festival founder Jumbo Khumalo describes the celebration as more than just a night out:
“The Jumbo Festival is an event that celebrates and honours praiseworthy personalities in the country. By saying ‘See You at the Top,’ we challenge people to work hard and achieve their goals so they can be celebrated.”
The festival’s message is a powerful one, aimed especially at hustlers, small business owners, young professionals, and the youth. It’s about recognising those who are pushing boundaries and motivating others to reach for greatness.
This year, the festival introduces an exciting new twist – a karaoke session that gives audience members the chance to step onto the stage and perform.
“The audience will have the opportunity to get on stage and perform,” says Khumalo, emphasising that the event is not just for spectators, but for everyone to take part and shine.
The iconic red carpet experience will also make a grand return, offering guests the opportunity to dress up, pose for the cameras, and enjoy a touch of glamour. While the full entertainment lineup remains under wraps, attendees can expect electrifying performances by top local musicians. Organisers also hinted at the presence of special guests from South Africa, adding to the event’s appeal.
Though the venue has yet to be announced, tickets are already available at www.thejumbofest.com, with early bird prices set at E200 for general admission and E300 for VIP access.
Jumbo Khumalo’s vision is clear – the festival is about celebrating excellence, uplifting communities, and reminding everyone that with hard work, they too can make it to the top.
