MBABANE – At an age when many young graduates are still searching for direction, Paul H. Nkambule is already charting paths for others.
Soft spoken yet sharply intentional, Nkambule represents a growing class of young emaSwati professionals who are refusing to wait for opportunity and instead choosing to build it. A graduate student in Business Information Technology at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, he is blending academic knowledge, digital innovation and leadership coaching into a mission centred on personal and community transformation.
Limkokwing University, widely recognised for equipping students with entrepreneurial and technology driven skills, has in recent years positioned itself as a breeding ground for innovators and problem solvers rather than mere job seekers. Nkambule appears to embody that philosophy with uncommon conviction.
While many know him as the Chief Executive Officer of Ox Purple Consultancy, where he provides career development coaching, digital branding and business strategy support, those close to his work say his influence stretches far beyond consultancy walls.
Behind the polished professional image is a purpose driven youth advocate determined to help people discover confidence, clarity and strategic direction in their lives.
Through his youth-centred initiative, Youth Leadership and Transformation (YOUTHLET), Nkambule has spent years mentoring adolescents, students and aspiring entrepreneurs across Eswatini. The programme has become a platform where leadership conversations are turned into practical life skills, entrepreneurship exposure and mindset development.
His rare ability lies in speaking two languages fluently the language of technology and the language of human potential.
As a Business Information Technology student, he understands that modern leadership is inseparable from digital relevance, innovation and systems thinking. Yet as a mentor and transformational speaker, he also understands that technology without purpose produces little change. This duality has shaped him into more than a consultant. It has shaped him into a strategist of people.
Colleagues describe Nkambule as intensely mission oriented, someone less interested in applause than in visible results. Whether addressing unemployed graduates on professional positioning, coaching youth on entrepreneurship or building strategic partnerships, his central message remains consistent, people must stop seeing themselves as victims of circumstance and begin seeing themselves as architects of possibility.
In a country grappling with youth unemployment and shrinking economic opportunities, Nkambule’s work is steadily carving a different narrative one where innovation, confidence and purpose become survival tools. For him, leadership is not a title. It is a responsibility to build others while building oneself.
