MBABANE– All set for the First Assembly on Saturday!

Just as schools have opened for this academic year on Tuesday, to celebrate Mega Lounge will host the fourth edition of the First Assembly on Saturday, (01 February 2025.)

The line-up for the fourth edition include; will be headlined by South African acts Mawelele and Uncool MC ,Zulu D, who also serves as the manager of the Mega Lounge K-Master, Poet Deep, Sandzi Sax , Linda Dlamini, Culolami, Young Zesh, Lady Zee, DJ MBO, AyaCity, Sbu The Drum DJ, The Bishops, Wassabee and many more. According Zulu they also will be surprise act on the day. The dress code is School Uniform.

Zulu D expressed his excitement for the occasion, and said, “Mega Lounge Academy has done it again. You surely don’t want to miss this one as we make history again. Together, let’s celebrate and uplift our community,” shared Zulu.

The First Assembly is known for its engaging themes, and this year is no exception. Attendees are encouraged to embrace a nostalgic theme by donning their best school uniforms. This playful dress code aims to evoke fond memories of carefree days spent in classrooms and playgrounds, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among participants. The event is set to kick off at noon, ensuring that everyone has ample time to gather and enjoy the festivities.

In addition to the fun and festivities, Zulu D has emphasized the importance of giving back to the community during this celebration. He has urged attendees to contribute to the greater good by bringing “supplies” for the underprivileged. Items such as old school supplies, cloth pads, non-perishable food, and other essentials will be collected to support those in needs. “It is a celebration after all! Expect no detention, just positive energy and wonderful moments,” he added.

The First Assembly has a rich history of featuring notable performances, and last year’s event showcased the electrifying talent of Amapiano sensation Young Stunna, who left the audience in awe with his dynamic set.
