The telecommunications company has officially launched a new customer reactivation campaign dubbed Buy’ekhaya, aimed at reconnecting inactive users with friends, family, and the digital world through Eswatini Mobile’s affordable products and services.
Starting on Friday, July 18, 2025, the promotion invites all customers whose numbers have been inactive for 90 days or more to recharge with a E10 package, keep their numbers active for at least 15 days, and stand a chance to win a brand-new Samsung A16 smartphone.
Each month, five lucky customers will walk away with a Samsung A16 as part of the giveaway.
For just E10, customers will receive 60 minutes on-net voice calls, 5 minutes off-net, 1GB of anytime data all valid for three days. It’s not only affordable but packed with value for any customer looking to get back online and stay connected.
Head of Commercial Nosipho Xaba said the Buy’ekhaya campaign has been designed to address a growing number of inactive SIM cards that could have been abandoned due to various personal or technical reasons. She said many of these numbers still hold value, whether it is sentimental, social, or financial, and deserve a second chance.

Buyekhaya Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility Requirements
- To qualify for this offer, you must be 18 years of age or older.
- Your mobile number must be fully compliant with VELA regulations.
- Only existing mobile numbers that have been inactive for more than three (3) months are eligible to be SIM-Swapped and activated with the Buyekhaya E10 offer.
- Only qualifying numbers will be eligible to receive the package offer.
- Failure to meet the requirements and regulations set by the regulator (ESCCOM) will result in disqualification.
- Competition will run from July 18, 2025 to October 18, 2025.
- Package Offer Details
- The package offer is valid for three (3) days from the date of purchase.
- Samsung A16 Draw Entry (for SIM Swapped numbers)
- To enter the Samsung A16 draw, your SIM-swapped number must be active for a minimum of 15 days in the month of the draw.
- Additionally, the SIM-swapped number must be recharged with a minimum amount of E50 within the same month.
- Draws will be on the following days: August 19, 2025, September 19, 2025 and October 20, 2025.
- Each draw will have 5 winners.
