SIDVOKODVO – Calling all queens, trendsetters, and unapologetic icons! The 5th Annual Diva’s Concert wants you to prove you’re the ultimate diva, and they’re handing out FREE VIP tickets to those who dare to shine.
This year’s show isn’t just about the music; it’s a celebration of the power, style, and soul of women, and fans are being invited to own their moment in the #DefineADiva Challenge.
Festival Director Thembinkosi Mthethwa says it’s all about celebrating personality and creativity.
“We want to see your version of a diva, funny, fierce, fashionable, dramatic, it’s your time to define it your way,” he explained.
Entering is simple but demands flair: post a 30–60 second video on the official Diva’s Concert Facebook page, showing or explaining what being a diva means to you. Rally your friends to like your post, the five videos with the most likes each win two VIP tickets to the 31 August 2025 event at The Olive Country Lodge in Sidvokodvo.
The competition closes on 18 July, with winners crowned on 21 July 2025.
The Diva’s Concert has grown from a local showcase in 2019 into Eswatini’s ultimate women-powered music festival, mixing local and regional talent on one spectacular stage.
This year, for the first time ever, it boasts two South African headliners:
Siphokazi Maraqana, the award-winning jazz powerhouse
DJ Zinhle, the globally acclaimed DJ, producer, and media mogul
The local lineup is just as impressive, with performances from Nothando Hlophe, Floewe Dladla, Velemseni Ndzimandze, Cleopatra Methula, Originelle, and Sarnilo. Add to that an all-female DJ takeover featuring top talents like Trend Twins, DJ Lady Cream, Ndumz_DJ, and more, and you’ve got an unmissable show celebrating women’s artistry in every genre.
