MBABANE— Rising Eswatini hip hop artist Lisulumane Lelimnyama, born Thabiso Mxolisi Nkosi, has officially released his much-anticipated EP Emalangabi, marking a major moment in his music journey.
The six-track project, released on 11 April 2026, was produced by King Charz and features collaborations with Baby Blue, King Charz, and As4 Jerry P. The EP blends SiSwati and English, offering a fresh and authentic sound that reflects Lisulumane’s storytelling ability.
Lisulumane, who was born on 29 December 1993 in Mbabane’s Mbangweni area, began his music journey at the age of 15 when he started writing lyrics. Over the years, he has grown into one of the country’s notable hip hop voices. His signing under Shivakati Entertainment in 2024 helped shape this latest release.
Speaking about the project, Lisulumane expressed gratitude to his team and supporters. “Special thanks to Shivakati Entertainment for believing in my talent and giving me space to shine. Your team’s professionalism and consistency are unmatched,” he said. He added that the label’s support helped his music reach wider audiences, something he once thought was impossible.
He also acknowledged his fans, saying, “On good days, you celebrate with me, and on tough days, your support pulls me through. I don’t take it for granted.”
The release of Emalangabi highlights his growth and versatility as an artist, with each track reflecting personal experiences and creative evolution. Industry observers believe the EP could elevate his position within the local and regional hip hop scene.
