MBABANE – Eswatini has made a remarkable impact at the 2024/25 Southern African Development Community (SADC) Quality Awards, held in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
According to a statement issued by Minister of Commerce, Industry and Trade Manqoba Khumalo, this event highlights the commitment to quality and innovation among businesses in the region, and Eswatini’s organizations have excelled in various categories.
Award Winners
Several Eswatini-based enterprises and individuals received prestigious accolades:
– Company of the Year – Large Enterprises: Eswatini Meat Industries received a trophy and certificate.
– Company of the Year – Small and Medium Enterprises: National Disaster Management Agency was also awarded a trophy and certificate.
– Product of the Year – Small and Medium Enterprises: The Double-Roman Concrete Roof Tile by Swazi Tiles Investments won a trophy and certificate.
First Runners-Up
Eswatini also had notable mentions as first runners-up:
– Service of the Year – Large Enterprises: Cerba Lancet Eswatini Laboratories received a certificate.
– Exporter of the Year – Large Enterprises: RFG Eswatini (Pty) Ltd was recognized with a certificate.
– Individual of the Year: Goodwill Matsebula was awarded a certificate.

Additionally, Rannah Investments (Pvt) Ltd received a Certificate of Recognition for Service of the Year – Small and Medium Enterprises.
