MBABANE – The Eswatini Customer Service Excellence Awards (ECSEA) have officially opened nominations for the 2025 edition, inviting the public to recognize organizations and individuals who provide outstanding customer service. The nomination period runs from August 25 to September 20, 2025.
The awards are part of the annual Eswatini Customer Service Week and aim to promote a culture of service excellence across the country. They offer a platform to celebrate businesses, government entities, and individuals who prioritize customer needs and consistently deliver high-quality experiences.
The 2025 awards feature three main categories:
Best in Sector Awards
This category honors organizations that lead in customer service within their industries. Awards include: retail grocery, hardware, motor spares, MSMEs, multinational companies, restaurants, fast-food outlets, savings and credit cooperatives, banks, insurance companies, government departments, state-owned enterprises, real estate agencies, municipal councils, hotels, guest houses or lodges, travel and tour operators, leisure and entertainment centers, healthcare facilities, pharmacies, internet service providers, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Individual Awards
This category celebrates individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to customer service. Nominations are open via https://bit.ly/ECSA_Individuals.
Specific Awards
Specialized awards recognizing unique achievements in customer service will be announced at a later date.
Dr. Oliver Museka, Chief Organizer of ECSW Events, highlighted the importance of the awards. “The Eswatini Customer Service Excellence Awards are more than just a ceremony; they are a movement to affirm our commitment to customer service. By celebrating those who excel, we inspire the entire nation to raise service standards. This year, we want the public to share their experiences and nominate businesses that have made a real difference in their lives,” he said.
