MBABANE– This year’s festivities, celebrating the King’s 58th birthday and 40 years on the throne, will be broadcast live by Eswatini TV on DStv Africa, giving emaSwati and international audiences the chance to share in this historic occasion.
The live coverage will air on DStv Africa channel 286 on Friday, 24 April 2026, and again on Sunday, 26 April 2026. The broadcast promises to bring viewers closer to the vibrant atmosphere of the celebrations, showcasing the pride, culture and unity that continue to define the Kingdom of Eswatini.
This year’s commemoration carries special significance as it marks four decades since His Majesty ascended to the throne.
