MBABANE – What started as a response to growing concerns over safety, land disputes and property protection is slowly growing into a promising local business determined to strengthen security while creating opportunities for emaSwati.
Fence Masters, a local fencing company founded by Mr and Mrs Mbuyisa, continues to provide fencing solutions for homes, farms, businesses and institutions across Eswatini. The company was established after the founders identified increasing demand for strong, affordable and reliable fencing services.
For many property owners, fences represent more than boundaries. They provide peace of mind, protection and a sense of security for families, businesses and communities. Fence Masters has positioned itself to meet that need through the installation of different types of fences and gates, with a strong focus on diamond mesh fencing.
The company says diamond mesh fences remain popular because they are durable, affordable and suitable for different environments while also providing effective security.
Since its establishment, Fence Masters has completed projects for homes, farms, schools and small businesses, helping customers protect property and improve access control. According to the company, customer response has been positive, with many appreciating the quality of work, professionalism and affordability of the services provided.
Despite operating with a small workforce of six employees, the business has also contributed towards job creation and skills development. Management noted that employees continue gaining practical experience and technical skills through the company’s daily operations.
Like many growing local businesses, Fence Masters has faced challenges including competition and limited manpower. However, the company says hard work, customer satisfaction and customised services have helped it remain focused on growth.
“Our vision is to become a trusted and one of the leading fencing companies in Eswatini. We are committed to providing high-quality, reliable and affordable services that meet our customers’ needs,” management said.
The company also encouraged emaSwati to support local businesses, saying local enterprises play an important role in job creation, economic growth and community development.
