MBABANE – Government has invited all emaSwati who purchased the E1000 ticket for the Royal Jubilee Celebration to come forward and claim their full refunds through an organized and efficient process.
In a public notice issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs, authorities confirmed that all qualifying ticket holders will receive their money back, reinforcing government’s commitment to fairness and accountability.
Those who bought tickets through official channels are urged to begin the process by completing an online refund form available on the designated portal. Officials emphasized the importance of submitting accurate personal and purchase details to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
After completing the online step, applicants are required to submit supporting documents via email. These include proof of payment, such as a receipt or bank notification, and copies of the original event tickets. This verification stage is designed to protect both the applicants and the integrity of the process.
Government has set a clear deadline for submissions, with all refund requests expected to be completed by Thursday, May 7, 2026. Processing of payments is scheduled for the following day, Friday, May 8, 2026, highlighting the efficiency of the system put in place.
Authorities have also made support available for individuals who may face challenges accessing the online platform, ensuring that no eligible person is left behind.
This development signals a strong, responsive approach by government institutions, prioritizing citizens’ interests while maintaining orderly management of national events.
