MLAWULA- The crackle of campfires will soon compete with the roar of laughter as renowned comedian Matewu Bozza prepares to bring his comedy magic to the wilderness, adding a dose of humour to the Mlawula Campfire Festival 2026.
Bozza has been confirmed as part of the entertainment line-up for the festival, which will take place from 25 to 27 September 2026 at Mlawula Nature Reserve. His appearance is expected to give festivalgoers another reason to trade their usual weekend routines for a memorable escape filled with nature, adventure, camping and live entertainment.
The announcement was made by the Eswatini National Trust Commission (ENTC), which is organising the seventh edition of the annual festival. Bozza’s inclusion adds comedy to an entertainment programme designed to complement the reserve’s outdoor experience.
The festival will offer visitors an opportunity to immerse themselves in the natural surroundings of Mlawula while enjoying live entertainment throughout the weekend. With camping and adventure forming part of the experience, the event aims to bring together nature lovers, families, friends and entertainment enthusiasts under one festival atmosphere.
Bozza’s role is expected to inject energy and laughter into the gathering, giving audiences a chance to enjoy his comedic performance against the unique backdrop of one of Eswatini’s nature reserves.
The seventh edition of the Mlawula Campfire Festival is therefore shaping up as more than a camping weekend, combining tourism, outdoor recreation and entertainment in one experience.
Tickets are already available online through the ENTC website and MojaTicket, with organisers encouraging festivalgoers to secure their places ahead of the September event.
As the sun sets over Mlawula and campfires begin to glow, festivalgoers can expect a weekend where the sounds of nature meet the sounds of laughter, adventure and live entertainment.
