MANZINI – Tendaness is taking his music beyond Eswatini once again, with Zambia next on the map as the Afro House DJ and producer prepares for a tour running from September to October.
The tour comes at an interesting point in the artist’s career, with Tendaness also preparing to release his latest single, “JikaReloaded”, on Friday, 21 August. Rather than treating the release and tour as separate moves, the artist sees them as part of the same musical chapter.
“Africa has always been at the centre of my sound. Zambia represents an important part of this next chapter, and releasing ‘JikaReloaded’ alongside the tour makes the music and the journey one story,” he said.
JikaReloaded carries the sound Tendaness has become associated with, combining African rhythms, electronic production, Afro House and 3-Step elements. The track is set to be available on major streaming platforms from 21 August.
The Zambia tour will see him perform for audiences across the country, giving the Eswatini artist an opportunity to connect with Zambia’s music and nightlife community while introducing his latest material to a wider audience.
The move adds another chapter to a career that has already stretched beyond 15 years. Tendaness has built a reputation as one of Eswatini’s electronic music exports, with his work centred on pushing African electronic sounds to audiences beyond the continent.
The timing is also significant as the artist approaches his 20th year in music, making the tour another marker in a career that has continued to expand across borders. Tickets for the Zambia tour are expected to go on sale from 1 September 2026, with Ticketkore and Exclusive Zambia handling ticketing.
For Tendaness, the next few months will therefore be about more than introducing a new song. They will see an Eswatini sound travelling into another African market, with JikaReloaded providing the soundtrack to the journey.
